Build Believe Fit LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website buildbelievefit.fitness and the BBF Client App, including all in-app agentic tools such as the Sovereign Phantom Eye, Virtual Coach, Nutrition Vision, and Chef on Call (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Services. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of our Services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including but not limited to:

• Identity and contact — name, email address, phone number.
• Health and performance intake — age, sex, height, weight, training experience, primary goals, dietary profile, allergens, food preferences, reported pain or joint friction, medical disclosures you provide voluntarily.
• Training and nutrition data — workouts logged, sets and reps completed, body composition entries, meal plan adherence.
• Live coaching data — when you initiate a live session with Phantom Eye, Virtual Coach, Nutrition Vision, or Chef on Call, your microphone audio and (in vision modes) camera frames are streamed to our proxy infrastructure and our AI provider for the duration of the session. We do not retain raw audio or video after the session ends.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

1. Provide, operate, and maintain our Services.
2. Create and manage your client account.
3. Personalize your training program, nutrition protocol, and coaching recommendations — including filtering meal libraries against your dietary profile and allergens before any AI-generated plan reaches you.
4. Communicate with you regarding your program, progress, account updates, and lead follow-up.
5. Process payments and prevent fraud.
6. Comply with legal obligations.
7. Improve our Services through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

4. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our Services, including:

• Payment processors (Stripe) — for subscription and one-time payment processing.
• Email and SMS providers (Brevo, Twilio) — for transactional and re-engagement communication you have opted into.
• AI providers (Anthropic, Google) — for live coaching sessions, nutrition planning, and form analysis. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.
• Cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Render) — for hosting your account, training history, and meal plans.

Each provider agrees by contract to keep your information confidential and use it solely for the purposes we direct. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients and the public.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted transport (HTTPS / WSS) for all client communication, row-level security on our database tables, scoped administrative tokens for privileged operations, and short-lived signed URLs for live coaching sessions. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Update or correct — ask us to fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Delete — request deletion of your personal information, subject to legitimate business or legal retention obligations.
• Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link; SMS opt-out via STOP).
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly-used format.
